Trail Adventures

Rustling Pines Campground offers around 4 miles of easy beginner trail riding  & hiking on site.  We know that many of you are ready to hit the trails and view Kentucky and the beauty of Daniel Boone National Forest.  We hope you bring your backpack and  saddle bags. There are miles  of adventure to be seen.  

The Sheltowee Trace Trail is a short hike or ride away.  The trail goes through many scenic areas such as Cave Run Lake, Red River Gorge, Natural Bridge State Park, Laurel Lake, Cumberland Falls State Park, and the Big South Fork Recreation Area. 

Most trails in this area including the portion of Sheltowee Trace doesn't allow OHV or Motorized Vehicles.
